What to watch:

The official countdown to 50.

The Wizards are just five games away from reaching the 50-win mark. Coming off a few days rest after giving the defending champions the work on their home floor, look for the Wiz to have all the momentum to reach their milestone.

That being said, L.A. is a young team trying to prove something. Unlike the Nets, I’m not too sure this game is a complete throwaway. Let's see how these young guns match up against the up and coming team from Washington.

Key Matchup:

Keef vs. himself.

There is nothing to complain about when it comes to the Wizards' play recently. Having a game like this is the perfect time for Keef to challenge himself and maybe go off on the offensive end and maybe get back on track. His scoring output has dwindled to around 10 points a game. Tonight is perfect for him to go through the motions and get back to what he does best.

X-Factor:

Can Kelly maintain the sort of play we saw on Saturday night? Oubre put on a show, and no doubt hustled this team to a win. If he can keep up his defensive ferocity and efficiency on the offensive glass, his play will be invaluable in the playoffs. Now is his time to get in stride and do what he can do. But it’s time for me to #Shhh.

Fun Factor: The Lakers have terminated Timofey Mozgov and Luol Deng’s seasons. That now leaves their roster super-young and inexperienced. Maybe we see some more bench minutes from players like Sato, Mac, and Ochefu towards the end of the game (because we all know Wall doesn’t want to sit for shits and giggles #respect).

Prediction:

Could be a fun game to watch, could be a blowout. Either way the Wizards will come out on top by 10+ points.
